I'm Christina, an HR professional who believes the best solutions come from understanding people first. My career has taken me through nearly every corner of HR, from training and payroll to employee relations, workforce planning, and leadership coaching. I enjoy asking questions, building relationships, and helping people work through challenges in a way that feels practical, collaborative, and human.
My Story
Hi, I'm Christina. I've worked across many areas of HR throughout my career, supporting everyone from frontline employees to senior leaders. No matter the role, the part I've always gravitated toward is building relationships and getting to know the people behind the work.
Working closely with frontline teams taught me the importance of meeting people where they are. It reinforced the value of listening, asking questions, and taking the time to understand different perspectives. Some of my favourite parts of the job are client intakes, pre-screens, and the opportunity to learn someone's story. I believe good conversations are often where the best solutions start.
Away from work, you'll usually find me spending time with family, teaching Ukrainian dance, reading, or working on a creative project. I've been dancing for more than 30 years and teaching for more than 20. I also have a soft spot for 90s music, especially pop punk.
