Hey! I'm Gina Stewart

Hi. I’m Gina! Years of working in customer-facing, front-line environments before moving into recruitment taught me that empathy and communication are the foundation of everything. That perspective influences how I work with every candidate and every client. My career has taken me through agency recruitment, construction and global organizations, and each environment reinforced the same thing: when a company genuinely invests in its people, everything else follows. I split my time between Saskatoon and Vancouver, which helps keep me connected to two distinct markets and makes me a strong partner for clients hiring in either province.

 

I am most energized by the hard-to-fill roles where persistence and instinct matter as much as process. Building strong relationships comes naturally to me, and I believe trust is earned through honest conversations, follow-through, and doing what you say you will do. I enjoy getting to know people, understanding what matters to them, and helping connect the right opportunity with the right person.

 

Outside of work, health and movement are a big part of how I recharge. I enjoy hiking, Pilates and lifting at the gym, and I’m always on the lookout for a good matcha or a new restaurant to explore. Time with family and friends is important to me, and a good book takes care of the quieter moments.
