I’m your friendly, detail-obsessed partner in recruitment and all things beautiful in recruitment marketing. With a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing and more than eight years in talent acquisition, I bring a calm, creative and detail-driven approach to every search. I enjoy learning what makes each client unique, hearing candidates share their journeys and creating connections that feel natural and well matched. I also bring an eye for design and branding to our recruitment marketing, ensuring every touchpoint looks polished, clear, and welcoming.
My Story
Hi, I’m Rebecca. My career has taken me through retail, professional services, and corporate environments, where I supported full-cycle recruitment across North America. My background in marketing has shaped how I approach this work. I like to understand the full picture, ask thoughtful questions, and pay attention to the details that influence a positive hiring experience.
I especially enjoy intake conversations because they offer a chance to understand a client’s style, team dynamics, and expectations. On the candidate side, I appreciate the chance to learn about people’s paths and what motivates them. Recruitment marketing is another area I love because it allows me to add creativity and visual clarity to the process.
My style is friendly, relaxed, and professional. I care about building trust and making the process feel organized and comfortable for everyone involved. Integrity is the value that guides me most strongly because it influences every interaction and decision.
Outside of work, I recharge by running, baking, or playing the piano entirely by ear (my favourite way to reset and create something beautiful without a plan!). Weekends usually involve my kids, sometimes outdoors, and a stop at McNally Robinson for a tea or coffee and, if I’m being honest, probably a book I convinced myself I needed.
